Pasibus is a popular chain of eateries serving burgers, created by Dawid Bojarojć, Jan Kulisiewicz and Piotr Staszczyński. Pasibus' first food truck appeared on the streets of Wroclaw in 2013 and quickly became an iconic place on the culinary map of the city. Currently, the chain consists of 17 stationary eateries, and in the spring and summer season, 4 food trucks set off to visit festivals and events throughout the country.
Pasibus serves street food in the fast casual edition - food is prepared on the basis of original recipes from the highest quality fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The meat for burgers is ground and seasoned by hand, just like sauces and extras. The menu includes over a dozen unique burgers, Pasi salads, children's sets (Pasi Kids), extras (including fries and cheese balls) and drinks (including Pasi Lemonade) and alcoholic beverages (including own brand of beer). Every month, a new Burger of the Month appears on the menu and is named by the fans of the brand.
Pasibus has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere referring to the street roots of the brand.
Pasibus restaurants are located in shopping malls, on the main city streets and popular pedestrian streets. The brand is present, among others in Wroclaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz and Warsaw. The first Pasibus eatery in cooperation with Helios was opened in Galeria Młociny in Warsaw.
